About CzRobotics

CNC airbrush systems developed around real coating processes

CzRobotics is an engineering company in Prague developing configurable, computer-controlled airbrush systems for universities, research laboratories, R&D teams, and specialized production.

What we develop

A complete path from coating task to working system

Our work brings together the machine, airbrush head, motion, G-code, material handling, and the practical details that make a process usable. Standard Singular machines cover common flat-sample workflows; configurable and tailored systems extend the platform with heating, tilt, rotary motion, fixtures, circulation, and other application-specific elements.

Customers use these systems in universities, research laboratories, material science, coating development, and specialized production. We support machine selection, installation and setup, workflow questions, spare parts, and further adaptations as the process develops. A practical material trial is also available when an uncertain application needs direct evidence.

Standard machine platforms

The CNC Singular family provides four working-area formats and a clear foundation for repeatable flat-sample coating workflows.

Application-specific engineering

Heating, tilt, rotary motion, fixtures, fluid circulation, and tailored integration extend the platform for specific process requirements.

Support through the working life

Direct help with setup, workflow questions, maintenance, spare parts, and later adaptations keeps the system useful as requirements develop.

Repeatable spraying

Programmed motion, stand-off distance, and nozzle opening work as one process

G-code brings trajectory and dosing parameters into a workflow that can be repeated, adjusted, and compared.

Configurable platform

The Singular platform adapts to the working area and coating task

Machine size, head system, heating, fixtures, and motion options are selected from the material, geometry, and required result.

Direct support

Technical guidance continues from machine selection into daily use

Configuration, setup, G-code workflow, maintenance, and spare parts support the system as the customer process develops.

Work with us

Tell us about the coating task, material, and result you need to achieve

We will use those details to identify a suitable standard machine, configured setup, or tailored engineering route. A material trial can be added when direct evidence is useful.
