Shipping and Delivery Terms
1. Geographic Scope
We ship to Europe, Canada, and the United States. If you wish to place an order from another region or country, please contact us for more information about international shipping.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (delivery time: one week for items that are in stock, depending on the product characteristics).
- 2 to 6 weeks for backorder items.
- We use DHL as our preferred carrier for all shipments.
3. Delivery Times
Orders will be processed as soon as possible. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, you will first be informed about the wait time necessary for the product’s manufacturing. Once manufactured, the shipment will be processed and sent as soon as possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of the order or the volumetric weight in the case of CNC machines. Additionally, the shipping cost includes a wooden box, which is required for the proper packaging of CNC machines. The wooden box has an additional cost of €155, which is already included in the shipping cost calculation during checkout.
Please note that shipping costs are estimated and may vary depending on what DHL determines, so we reserve the right to adjust the price if necessary.
5. Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
6. Shipping Issues

7. Order Tracking
Orders can be tracked online. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
8. Exceptions
Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain destinations due to shipping restrictions. We will contact you if this is the case.
