Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Seller (CzRobotics s.r.o.) and the Buyer (Consumer or Business) in the sale of goods and services via the online store located at www.czrobotics.cz.

1. Introductory Provisions

The Seller:
CzRobotics s.r.o., with its registered office at Malešická 44/56, 108 00 Praha, Czech Republic, ID No.: 26493217, VAT ID: CZ26493217, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 85702.

The Buyer:
The Buyer is either a Consumer (an individual acting outside the scope of business) or a Business/Entrepreneur (buying for trade, business, or professional purposes).

2. Order and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of goods on the website is informative. The contract is concluded when the Buyer sends an order and receives an order confirmation from the Seller via email. For custom-made products ("made to order"), the contract is binding upon confirmation, and cancellation may be subject to fees covering costs already incurred.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed including VAT (unless stated otherwise for B2B login). Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The Buyer agrees to pay the total price using the selected payment method prior to shipment, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Delivery Terms

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and product availability. For products manufactured to order, the estimated lead time is specified in the product description or confirmed individually.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)

5.1 Consumer's Right to Withdraw
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

5.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Section 1837 of the Civil Code, the Consumer cannot withdraw from the contract for the supply of goods that have been custom-made to the consumer's requirements or adapted to their personal needs. This exception applies generally to any goods manufactured or modified according to the Buyer's specific specifications, including but not limited to custom machines, fixtures, templates, accessories, or complete technological units tailored to the customer.

5.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If the Buyer withdraws from the contract (where applicable), they must return the goods to the Seller without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be returned by standard post due to their nature (e.g., heavy machinery), the Buyer bears the full cost of freight transport.

6. Rights from Defective Performance (Warranty)

The Seller is liable ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt.
Consumers: Are entitled to statutory warranty rights for a period of 24 months.
Businesses (B2B): The warranty period is 12 months unless stated otherwise, and relates to functionality according to technical specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use of the products. However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) claims under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Czech Republic.

8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In the event of a consumer dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority:
