How much ink can be sprayed

One of our customers, before ordering and purchasing our machine, wondered what the smallest amount of liquid that can be applied with our system is. In his lab, they needed to spray a very small amount of a rather expensive liquid in the same place every time.¨
So we designed a test for him that shows what minimum amount of liquid can be spread over a certain area or sprayed on a specific spot.
The customer was very satisfied with the results of our tests as they exceeded his requirements by two orders of magnitude 🙂
The video shows that thanks to the program control it is possible to apply the liquid to the same places repeatedly with a time delay to ensure that the previous layer dries.
