From manual spraying to controlled air-spray motion
This older video is one of the clearest general demonstrations of the CNC Airbrush concept: painting or coating by moving the spray head with programmed motion.
The challenge
Many coating tasks need more repeatability than manual spraying can provide, especially when path, speed, and overlap must be documented.
The setup
The machine controls the spray-head movement while the coating process is tuned around liquid behavior, nozzle, distance, and speed.
The result
The video demonstrates the general principle of controlled air-spray coating. Because the hardware shown is older, it should be used as concept proof rather than as a current-product visual.
Why this matters
The important idea is not the old hardware appearance. The important idea is that air-spray coating can be treated as a controlled, repeatable process.
