Unpack, assemble, connect, and complete the first controlled startup of a CNC Singular system.
From transport box to ready controller
- Position and assemble.Use a level working surface, follow the mechanical assembly sequence, and allow access around the machine.
- Connect safely.Connect the supplied power adapter, USB communication cable, and air supply hose before the first test.
- Prepare the PC link.Install the applicable CH340 / CH341 USB driver, open the sender software, and select the controller port at 115200 Baud.
- Initialize motion.Unlock the controller if it reports ALARM, then run homing with
$H. - Set your coordinates.Use the G92 setup corresponding to your machine and head before sending a spray program.

Before a real spray test
- Keep hands, cables, samples, and fixtures clear of the portal travel.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance only with the machine switched off.
- For volatile or flammable liquids, use appropriate extraction and comply with applicable ATEX responsibilities.
