Largest standard frame with Smooth Head and tilt
Singular XL + Smooth Tilt is a standard CzRobotics complete machine configuration for repeatable airbrush coating work. It is intended for laboratories, R&D teams, and specialized production tasks where the coating result depends on controlled path, speed, nozzle opening, air pressure, and repeatable timing.
This configuration is the standard route when a large working area and adjustable spray angle are more important than multi-nozzle operation.

Working area and control
The useful sprayed area for this setup is 820 x 590 mm nominal; usable area is reduced by tilt clearance. The machine is controlled by G-code from a lab PC through the included USB controller. The standard workflow uses vector geometry, CzRobotics/Inkscape G-code preparation, and sending the program through Candle or UGS Platform.
Material notes
The system is intended for sprayable liquids with viscosity close to water or milk. Solid particles should stay below about 50 microns so the needle can close reliably and the nozzle does not clog. Fast-drying nitro paints are not recommended because they tend to dry on the needle and nozzle.
